Bu sava\u015f hali, ba\u015fta ya\u015fam hakk\u0131 olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok hak, hukuk ihlallerine sebebiyet vermi\u015ftir. \u0130nsan \u00f6l\u00fcmlerine, cenazelere sahip \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lamamas\u0131na, soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma yasaklar\u0131na, y\u0131k\u0131mlara, yeni travmalara yol a\u00e7an \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131, toplumsal in\u015fikak\u0131 da derinle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mesaj vermek, irade k\u0131rmak, otorite tesis etmek gibi gerek\u00e7elerle \u201cg\u00fc\u00e7 siyasetini\u201d me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn tekrar\u0131n\u0131 istemekten ba\u015fka bir \u015feye hizmet etmemektedir. Sald\u0131rganl\u0131k sergilemek, sava\u015fa gerek\u00e7eler uydurmak, sulh \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 itibars\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rmak yerine, sorunu diyalogla halletmeye istekli herkese elzem olan \u015fey; zul\u00fcm kimden gelirse gelsin en edna bir meyille bile olsa katk\u0131 sunmamak ve uyu\u015fmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zecek adil, bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l, hakl\u0131 tepkilerden vazge\u00e7memektir. Sorunu \u00fcreten nedenleri \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn arac\u0131 \u015feklinde tan\u0131tmak ve hi\u00e7bir hukuk, etik tan\u0131madan \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek sadece zulm\u00fcn alan\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bedi\u00fczzaman Said Nursi, gerek 2. D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015fanan sivil \u00f6l\u00fcmlerini, hukuksuzluklar\u0131 gerekse de Cumhuriyetin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131ndaki isyanlar\u0131 bast\u0131rmada kullan\u0131lan takrir-i s\u00fckun y\u00f6ntemlerini, Kuran\u2019dan ders ald\u0131\u011f\u0131; \u201c<em>bir m\u00e2sumun hakk\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn halk i\u00e7in dahi iptal edilmez. Bir fert dahi, umumun sel\u00e2meti i\u00e7in feda edilmez<\/em>\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla \u015fiddetle ele\u015ftirir. Memleketin sel\u00e2metine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ehl-i siyasetin mezk\u00fbr hakikat\u0131 nazara almas\u0131n\u0131 ve bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fneyen politikalara me\u015fruiyet atfetmemesini sal\u0131k verir, \u015f\u00f6yle ki:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2026<em>Bin masum \u00e7oluk-\u00e7ocuk, ihtiyar, hasta bulunan bir yerde, bir-iki d\u00fc\u015fman askeri bulunmak bahanesiyle, bombalarla onlar\u0131 mahvetmek<\/em>\u2026\u201d,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<em>Z\u00e2lim siyasetin gaddar\u00e2ne bir d\u00fcsturu olan \u201cCemaat i\u00e7in fert fed\u00e2 edilir\u201d diye \u00e7ok z\u00e2lim\u00e2ne pek \u00e7ok vukuat\u0131, ehven\u00fc\u2019\u015f-\u015fer diye bir nevi adalet-i izafiye nam\u0131nda h\u00e2kimiyetine bir maslahat g\u00f6stermi\u015fler. Hatt\u00e2 bu as\u0131rda, o gaddar d\u00fcsturun h\u00fckm\u00fcyle, bir adam\u0131n hat\u00e2s\u0131yla bir k\u00f6y\u00fc mahveder. Be\u015f on adam\u0131n, onlar\u0131n siyasetine zarar vermek tevehh\u00fcm\u00fcyle, binler adam\u0131 peri\u015fan eder<\/em>.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<em>Vah\u015fet ve bedevili\u011fin deh\u015fetli bir kanun-u esas\u00eesi olarak kabul ettikleri \u015fimdiki \u00f6ylelerinin siyasetinin bir nokta-i istinad\u0131 \u015fudur ki: &#8220;Cemaatin sel\u00e2meti i\u00e7in ferd feda edilir. Vatan\u0131n sel\u00e2meti i\u00e7in e\u015fhas\u0131n hukuku nazara al\u0131nmaz. Devletin siyasetinin sel\u00e2meti i\u00e7in c\u00fcz&#8217;\u00ee zul\u00fcmler nazara al\u0131nmaz.&#8221; diye, bir tek c\u00e2ni y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bir k\u00f6y\u00fc mahvetmekle bin masumun hakk\u0131n\u0131 nazara almaz. Bir tek c\u00e2ninin y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bin adam\u0131n k\u0131l\u0131n\u00e7tan ge\u00e7mesini caiz g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Bir adam\u0131n yaralanmas\u0131 ile binler masumu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131ya verdirir. Ve ikiy\u00fcz adam\u0131 kur\u015funa dizilmesini, o bahane ile nazara almaz\u2026<\/em>\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sava\u015f eti\u011fine vurgu yapan yukar\u0131daki c\u00fcmlelerin ruhuyla hareket etmeyen hi\u00e7bir organizasyon adalet \u00fcretemez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hakkaniyete dayanm\u0131\u015f toplumsal taban\u0131n tek talebi sulh ve s\u00fckunettir. Kurulu\u015f amac\u0131 itibar\u0131 ile siyasal iradeye bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l y\u00f6n vermesi beklenilen toplumsal dinamiklerin \u015fiddet politikalar\u0131na tevekk\u00fcl\u00fc bu sulh ve s\u00fck\u00fbnetin sosyolojik temellerini bozmaktad\u0131r.
